Every initiative, in a single register.

A notice by email, a question on WhatsApp, a sign-up through a form: in RelAI every step is linked to the same person, with the date and the channel always in sight.

Computer, smartphone or tablet: you always recognise the same person.

Email, SMS, WhatsApp, forms and surveys come from different tools. RelAI files them under the same person, in date order.

Pick a moment of the festival and find out what RelAI remembers beyond the name.

Sign-up from the page

Anna reaches the page from the email and fills the form in. RelAI records the sign-up, the data collected and the channel it came from, all together.

Question about access

The question comes in on WhatsApp from a number already linked to Anna. RelAI adds it to her entry in the register, together with the reminder she got that morning.

Response and contact preferences

The response sent from the tablet is recorded together with her attendance at the festival. Anna confirms email and WhatsApp and turns SMS off: the communications that follow will respect her preferences.

Every initiative has its own tool and the same register.

A notice, a sign-up, a card, a response: each one goes through a different tool and ends up in the same place.

The timetable that changes this morning

At seven in the morning a service's timetable changes. The people signed up are not looking at their inbox right then.

The SMS goes out short and signed by the office, because whoever gets it sees a number and not a name. It goes to those who gave consent for that channel, not to the whole register.

Communication

The sign-up that comes in from three places

An initiative opens and the sign-ups come in from different places: an email to the office, a signed form at the desk, a message. Each one then has to be copied somewhere.

The sign-up page explains the initiative and collects the sign-up in the same place. Whoever signs up leaves their details once and stays linked to the channel they came from.

Online presence

The question that comes in during the evening

Questions about times, access and documents arrive where people already write all day long. Often on the phone of whoever answers.

Message for Anna

"Hi Anna, thanks for your response: we have recorded it together with your attendance today."

The conversation stays with the person in the register and not on the phone of whoever answered. Whoever takes the next shift reads what has already been said.

Customer management

Questions from the public sector?

Does RelAI replace the organisation's management system?

No. The management system holds records, filing and procedures. RelAI holds who signs up, who takes part and who has chosen to be notified. The two stay separate.

Which channels can I send messages on?

Email, SMS and WhatsApp, plus the forms on the sign-up page and the surveys. Every send goes to those who gave consent for that channel.

Who gets the notices and who stops getting them?

Consent is per channel. If a person opts out of SMS, they stay subscribed to email and WhatsApp and the next SMS does not go out. The opt-out is recorded the moment it comes in.

Can I write to only some of the people in the register?

Yes. You pick who signed up for a given initiative, who was there on a given date, who has an active card. The message goes to them, not to the whole register.

Does it work for cards, events and surveys too?

Yes. The card sits on the phone, the event sign-up goes through a sign-up page or a QR code, the survey opens already linked to the person. All three feed into the same register.

Every organisation starts from a different register.

Tell us about your tools, initiatives and recipients: we will talk it through together.
