These terms describe the conditions for using the website relaicrm.com and the features publicly accessible through it. The website is owned by Spazio Dev S.r.l., registered office at Via Don Carlo Barison 34, 35019 Tombolo (PD), VAT and tax code 05569600280, REA PD 476671.

Use of the RelAI CRM platform following registration is governed by the specific General Terms of Service, presented to the user before the account is activated.

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are not governed by these terms: they are described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, where consent, where required, is collected separately and explicitly.

Website Content

The content of the website, including texts, graphic elements, images, illustrations, trademarks and logos, belongs to Spazio Dev S.r.l. or to its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law. It may not be used, reproduced or distributed without authorisation, save for uses expressly permitted by law.

Feature descriptions and commercial information published on the website are kept up to date with reasonable care and may change over time. The commercial and contractual conditions applicable to each customer are those set out in the offer and in the General Terms of Service accepted when the contract is concluded.

Permitted Use

Users undertake to use the website in compliance with the law and not to carry out actions that may compromise its operation or security (unauthorised access, mass submission of requests, entering unlawful content into forms).

Registration and Account

Registration allows you to request the activation of a RelAI CRM account. Use of the platform is governed by the specific General Terms of Service, which are made available and must be accepted before the account is activated. In the event of conflict, the General Terms of Service prevail as regards use of the platform.

Users are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through their account.

Partner Programme

The form on the “Become a partner” page allows you to submit an application to the reseller programme. Submitting an application does not constitute its acceptance and creates no obligation on Spazio Dev S.r.l.: each application is assessed individually, and any collaboration is governed by a separate agreement signed between the parties. Information on commercial conditions and requirements published on the website is provided for information purposes and does not constitute an offer to the public.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Links to external sites. The website contains links to third-party websites and services, for example WhatsApp and social network profiles. Third-party websites are operated independently by their respective owners: Spazio Dev S.r.l. exercises no control over their content, their availability or any data processing carried out after accessing those websites, without prejudice to any obligations and liabilities provided for by law.

Services embedded in the pages. Google reCAPTCHA is used on the registration page, to protect the form from spam, abuse and automated submissions. These services are provided and technically operated by their respective providers. Limitation of Liability

Spazio Dev S.r.l. takes reasonable measures to keep the website up to date, secure and available, but does not guarantee that the service will always be free from errors, interruptions or temporary unavailability. To the extent permitted by law, Spazio Dev S.r.l. is not liable for damages arising from interruptions, malfunctions or use of the website not directly attributable to the company. Liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law remain unaffected in all cases.

Changes to These Terms

Spazio Dev S.r.l. may update these terms as a result of regulatory or technical changes or changes to the features offered by the website. Changes take effect once published on this page.

Changes do not affect the conditions of contracts already concluded for the use of RelAI CRM, which remain governed by the relevant General Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes are subject to the rules on jurisdiction provided for by law.
