Online presence
Your business is online. All of it in
The website, the menu, the appointments, the Wi-Fi, the online shop and the links you share. You manage them from RelAI, with the same brand and the numbers to see what gets opened and what brings in a contact.
How it is going
Short link of the week
Where they open it from
- 13 page types
- Events, menu, price list, appointments, gallery, information request, support requests, documents, survey, chat, Wi-Fi, unsubscribe and sign-up form. Each one starts with its sections already in the right place.
- 17 sections
- Every type starts with some sections already on, the others are up to you: parking, gallery, reviews, personal area, order from the table. You do not start from a blank page.
- 1 brand
- Logo and colours are set once and apply to every page. Menu, website, appointments and online shop always appear under your name.
The menu here, the hours there. And the website somewhere else.
The menu is on a QR made with an app, the prices in a PDF you send in chat, the hours inside a booking service, the photos on social media. You are already online, but every piece lives in a different place. When you change something, you have to remember where you put it.
Inside RelAI those things come together in one place. The website, the showcase pages, the menu, the appointments and the online shop share the same brand and you manage them from the same panel. For every page you also see how many people visited and how many left you a contact.
And what happens online does not stay there. Whoever signs up gets the card, whoever buys finds what you have in the catalogue, and what a person does stays on their profile. Your online presence is no longer scattered across different services: it is one of the ways the customer comes into RelAI.
Menu, appointments, sign-ups, documents or online shop: you pick the type and start from a ready-made structure. Brand and colours stay the same.
The same address can sit in a QR, in a message or on your social profile. The short links count how many times it gets opened.
For every page you see visits and contacts. Whoever fills in the form goes into the customer records; whoever buys from the online shop also leaves a record of what they bought and how much they spent.
Publish. Share. Measure.
A website, a menu and an online shop do different things. But they start from the same place, carry the same brand and leave you numbers you can read the same way. So you are not managing separate tools: you are managing your online presence.
Choose what you publish. The structure is already there.
Menu, appointments, gallery, price list, documents: they are not the same thing and they should not sit on the same page. You pick the type and the sections it needs are already there; you add the content and your brand.
The page is ready. Now it has to reach people.
A menu, a form or a showcase page is useful when somebody opens it. The same address can sit in a QR, in a message, on your social profile or before access to the venue's Wi-Fi. And when it is opened, you know where that visit came from.
The short links fit in a QR, in a message or on your social profile without dragging a long address along. In the link detail you see how many times they were opened, how many people did what you asked and when the last open was.
The same link can record who shared it. If a sign-up comes from there, you know who it went through: it is the same mechanism used to attribute the people brought in by whoever works the club nights.
With guest Wi-Fi, whoever connects goes through your page and, if they leave a contact, goes into the customer records with the source already set. The guest network stays separate from tills, printers and service tablets.
Every extra field is one more thing to fill in. While you prepare the form you see how many fields you are showing and how many you made required, so you decide how much to ask before publishing it.
The page opens when they connect
The portal runs on the access points that broadcast the network. You choose the band based on the space to cover: on the terrace or in the garden you need more range, in the dining room you may need more capacity. If an access point does not respond, the portal does not start and RelAI flags it, so you do not think you are collecting contacts where the page is not opening.
The pages are online. Now you see what happens.
A page can bring a visit, a contact or an order. They do not all have to do the same thing: what matters is knowing what happened after somebody arrived. And when you sell online, you can follow the path all the way to the sale.
The same items, ready to buy
An online sale goes into the same register
The orders arrive with their status and end up in the same register as the sales made at the counter. Whoever buys stays linked to their customer profile. The order is not just a shipping address: you know who bought, what and how much they spent. And the shop statistics show which items get bought online and which sit still in the catalogue.
A price for every channel
If you also sell through a delivery channel, you can publish a price list with the mark-up you decided for that channel. Prices are recalculated from the price list, so dine-in, takeaway and delivery can have different amounts without keeping three separate catalogues.
The links carry your name, not ours
As long as you use our addresses, whoever gets a message reads a domain that is not yours. By connecting your own domain, the pages and the links you share carry your name. The connection is completed from your domain provider's panel, not from here. Email is a separate matter, and it is covered where the senders are explained.

Questions about online presence
Do I have to redo the website I already have?
No. A showcase page can live next to the website you already have: the menu, the calendar or a form have their own address and you can send people there from your website. Redoing the whole website is a separate choice, not a required first step.
What is the difference between a website and a showcase page?
The website puts together several pages and a navigation. A showcase page is a single page with one precise job: showing the menu, collecting a sign-up, letting people book an appointment. You pick one or the other based on what you need to publish.
What is the point of shortening an address?
To share it better and to know what happens next. A short link fits more easily in a message or a QR and keeps count of the opens. In the detail you also see where they come from and how many people completed the action you asked for.
Does guest Wi-Fi need special equipment?
The portal runs on the access points that broadcast the network. Before starting we check that the ones you have are compatible, because it depends on the system already installed.
Can guest Wi-Fi users see my tills?
No. The guest network stays separate from the one used by tills, printers and service tablets: customers' devices do not get into the work network.
Where does someone who signs up from a page end up?
They go into the customer records with a profile of their own, together with the page they came from and the consent they gave. If that page is also used to sign up for the loyalty card, at the end they can get the card too.
Can I take a page offline without deleting it?
Yes. A showcase page can go back to draft and a link can be deactivated. The data collected up to that point stays, and you can republish the page later without losing the history.
Can I publish on delivery channels too?
The mechanism starts from the price list: you publish on a channel with the mark-up you decided for that channel. Which connections can actually be activated depends on the service you use, and we check it together before starting.
Are the pages designed for the phone too?
Yes. Whoever opens a link from a chat or scans a QR almost always does it from their phone. With the preview you check the page before publishing it, so you see straight away how it looks on a small screen.
